The first important art is getting closed to the heart of whom we are their boss...get to know them in person (their interest, their good and bad habits, their problems if any, their family and so on about them). The first touching of their heart (if it is impressive enough) would last longer in people's mind and would ease the whole commitment of getting things done through them. So...get closed and touch their heart sincerely, then just name duty they will fulfill it, insyaAllah it works.
